A Poem Inspired by

"Tranquil Path"

The path is quiet and peaceful
The sun barely risen yet
The mist lingers round the bend
The dew on the grass still wet

The flowers start to slowly unfold
The birds to whistle and trill
The rising sun chases away
Any lingering overnight chill

We walk along the deserted path
Listening to the forest awake
There’s not a soul to break the quiet
Of this lovely, tranquil daybreak
