After how smoothly “Morning Watch” and “Evening Watch” came together, I wanted to try painting another ocean scene.  This time I chose some rolling breakers.  I loved the way the light passed through them creating a soft green tint.  I used some deep blues in the background to accentuate that green and draw the viewer’s focus to the foamy foreground of the painting.
