Here’s what the artist had to say about this artwork:
I wanted to paint another fall scene similar to “Brilliant Path” but this time with more trees. The photo that inspired this painting actually had a rocky stream instead of a path so it took some work to get the depth and lighting right. Overall, I really enjoyed this piece. It flowed smoothly and the autumn colors were fun to work with.
