Here’s what the artist had to say about this artwork:
After painting several pieces depicting dramatic forces of nature (like “Ablaze” and “Unleashed”), I realized I hadn’t yet tried painting a volcano. I’ve really enjoyed painting fire in the past and this piece was no exception. The whole thing went really smoothly and I’m really pleased with the contrast of the complimentary colors. Sara says the only thing that’s missing is a dragon or some weary hobbits! Lol
