After taking a summer sabbatical, I wanted to ease back into painting with a slightly looser style.  I thought this sky scene would be perfect with its fluffy clouds and bright color scheme.  Transitioning from the deep blues to the radiant reds and yellows was a bit of a challenge but overall I’m pleased with the result.
