The third in a series of sunsets on the Delaware River, this tranquil inlet can be found close to Lambertville, NJ. Where the leaves in “Glistening Sunset” seem to blaze with golden light from within, this piece, although still illuminated, has a calmer, quieter feeling. It fascinates me how the same sunlight, in different seasons, can have such different effects.
