This painting went incredibly smoothly and was probably one of my fastest yet.  I’m always satisfied when I can use simple strokes to bring a creation to life and this piece seemed to embody that technique completely.  It’s a simple scene, but I think the contrast of colors and the peaceful landscape give it a charm all its own.
